My little dog – a heartbeat at my feet.
– Edith Wharton
#Reverb10 is a blogging initiative that provides prompts every day for the month of December with the intent of reflecting on the past year and looking forward to what’s to come. While I can’t promise that I’ll be rising to the challenge of blogging every day, reflecting on the past for future growth is pretty much in this blog’s description, and so I’m glad to be a part of this movement.
Are you taking part? Let me know! I’d love to see your own reflections and words on how you’d like to manifest positive change in the coming year.
The Prompt
“Healing. What healed you this year? Was it sudden, or a drip-by-drip evolution?
How would you like to be healed in 2011?“
What helped heal me this year?
Riley.

My boyfriend and I both Aww’ed at this post. 🙂 Pets really are good for the soul.
Thanks so much, Aba! And I wholeheartedly agree with that sentiment — to love a dog is to know and feel love forever. 🙂
Awww, Riley!! Dogs are so amazing, aren’t they? I remember once reading a greeting card that said something about a dog being a heartbeat at your feet and I could never get that quote out of my mind. So great to see it here!
That’s my little boy — I’m such a proud mommy of a puppy! I could go on and on about loving and the love of a dog and how they embody everything wonderful in the world, but that would take forever and I have a very strong feeling that you already know this yourself 🙂 But, yes! The strongest heartbeat, too. Wonderful.
