I&#039;m both sad and glad that you are experiencing what I am... on the one hand, it is good to feel that you&#039;re not alone, but ultimately it just sucks that intelligent and hard-working people have to go through this. Have a great time with the kickboxing! I find that when I get stuck it&#039;s only exercise (and crazy, strenuous, masochistic exercise) that keeps me going.  Personally, I do Bikram yoga to keep a little bit of stability and confidence in an extremely insecure and unstable life.
